go clean -modcache

若不奏效，可删除文件go.mod,go.sum,执行go mod init,并重新执行以上命令

解决方式0-删除 go.sum

这里是本地的 go 版本太低导致的，升级 go 的版本。

下载：go1.21.5.windows-amd64.msi

安装+验证

可能会下载很慢，可以指定为国内的代理：
